You should probably notice by now that flaxseeds are added to just about everything we eat, right? That is happening for a good reason to… they are super healthy! Lets see some reasons that will make you understand why…

1. Fish and walnuts are a good source of omega-3s, flaxseeds are better. The recommended intake per each day ( RDI ) of omega-3s is one gram a day, and only one tablespoon of flaxseed will cover about 2.3 grams.
